Personal injury AI pricing, checked against the vendors' own pages
EvenUp does not publish a price. Neither do Supio or Eve Legal, the two platforms PI firms usually quote against it. EvenUp moved to one cost per case in December 2025, and the figures that circulate put a finished demand at about $300 to $800. Here is what each vendor actually confirms, what the reported numbers mean at your case volume, and what a flat published price looks like for the record reading part of the work.

EvenUp does not publish its pricing. Since December 19, 2025 it charges one cost per case for its whole platform (demands, medical chronologies, bill summaries and workflows), and the dollar figure comes from a sales call. Independent estimates put a demand at about $300 base and $500 to $800 or more with add-ons, or $500 to $2,000 a month for a typical PI firm.
Supio and Eve Legal also sell by quote, reportedly per user at roughly $100 to $400 a month. If what eats your paralegals' week is reading records rather than drafting the demand, CaseClerk does that part at a published $99 to $499 a month.
Count last year's demands
Pull the number of demands you actually sent in the last 12 months, not the number you hope to send. Per-case pricing punishes optimistic forecasts written into a minimum.
Ask for the all-in per-case figure
Get one number per case that includes the chronology, bill summary and demand, plus the price of anything outside it, such as expert demands or rush turnaround.
Multiply, then add the floor
Cases times the per-case price, or the contract minimum, whichever is higher. That is your annual cost. Divide by 12 to compare with a monthly subscription.
Price the reading separately
Ask how much of the saved time is reading records versus writing the letter. If your attorneys prefer to write their own demands, the reading is the only part you need to buy.
EvenUp, Supio and Eve are built for plaintiff PI work and they draft demands. CaseClerk does not. This table is for deciding which job you are paying for.

Think again at low volume
At 3 to 5 demands a month, reported per-demand pricing adds up to $900 to $4,000. If you like writing your own demands, the part you want help with is getting through 600 pages of records to the facts that go in them.
Use CaseClerk for the reading
Ask "list every provider, visit date and diagnosis" or "where does the ER record mention prior back pain" across the whole file. The answer names the record it came from, so you check it in seconds and write the demand yourself.
Litigated files after the demand
Once a case is filed, the questions change: what did the adjuster say, which records mention the preexisting condition, what the deposition admits. CaseClerk reads the whole file, not just the medical records.
We collected the EvenUp figures that show up most on pages ranking for EvenUp pricing. They do not agree, because they measure different things: one prices a single demand, one prices a month, and EvenUp itself changed how it charges in December 2025. None of the dollar figures comes from EvenUp.

Two things follow. First, anyone quoting a per-demand price is describing the model EvenUp announced it was replacing, so treat it as a ceiling on what the old add-ons cost, not today's rate card. Second, Supio and Eve are compared per user and EvenUp per case, which is why a roundup can call either one cheaper. Both can be true for different firms.
Multiplying the reported per-demand range by a few common volumes shows why firm size decides this. We used about 500 pages per file for the CaseClerk column; a big soft tissue file is often 200 pages and a surgery file can pass 2,000, so size it to your own records.

This is not a like for like price comparison. EvenUp hands you a drafted demand and CaseClerk hands you sourced answers from the records. What the table shows is the cost of the reading alone, which is the part many firms want to keep in house.
The platforms PI firms usually shortlist against EvenUp are Supio and Eve Legal. Supio lists SOC II, HIPAA, PHIPA and GDPR and sells chronologies, demand letters, a case ledger and litigation drafting. Eve says it is used by more than 1,200 firms and sells medical record reports, demand drafting, discovery tools and intake. Neither prints a price. Reported ranges run $150 to $400 per user a month for Supio and $100 to $300 for Eve, with one estimate near $500 for attorney access.
Casefleet is the one vendor in this set that publishes a price, $30 to $140 per user a month, and it covers all civil litigation rather than PI alone. For a small firm, the useful question is not which of these is cheapest in the abstract but which job you need done: drafted demands, a full case platform, or fast answers from the file.

Independent estimates put a demand at about $300 base and $500 to $800 or more with add-ons, and a typical PI firm's spend at $500 to $2,000 a month. EvenUp has not confirmed these figures.

EvenUp said one predictable cost per case now covers the whole Claims Intelligence Platform, including AI Drafts, Smart Workflows and the medical bill summary, without feature tiers or add-ons. Older reviews describe per-demand pricing, which is where most published dollar figures come from.
It depends on volume and on whether you want the demand drafted. Reviews say the math works best for firms closing around 10 cases a month or handling 200 or more PI cases. A solo or 2 lawyer firm sending a few demands a month may pay more per file than the time saved, especially if the attorney prefers to write the demand.
Supio and Eve Legal are the PI platforms most often compared with EvenUp, and both draft demands and build medical chronologies. Casefleet is a general litigation tool with a published per-user price. CaseClerk is a narrower option: it answers questions across the whole file and names the source document, at a flat published price.
Supio does not publish pricing and sells through a demo. Third-party aggregators estimate $150 to $400 per user per month, and Supio has not confirmed that range. Supio's own customer stories talk about savings of $500 to $1,000 per case rather than price, so ask for the total annual contract value for your user count.
Eve Legal does not publish pricing either; a demo leads to a custom quote, usually per user. Roundups estimate roughly $100 to $300 per user per month, with one putting attorney access near $500. Those are market estimates, not Eve's rates. Eve says it is SOC 2 Type 2 certified and HIPAA compliant.
