AI document review for US law firms

Ask a whole case file a question. Read an answer that names the document.

CaseClerk reads every pleading, contract, exhibit and scan in a matter, then answers in plain English and tells you which file the answer came from, so you can open it and check. Built for US litigation, corporate and discovery work.

How an answer reads

You ask the question the way you would ask an associate. The answer comes back with the file it was taken from, so nothing has to be trusted on faith.

Question

On what notice can the client terminate for convenience, and what do we owe them if they do?

Answer

Either party may terminate for convenience on 60 days written notice. On such a termination the client pays for work completed to the termination date plus committed third party costs that cannot be cancelled. Notice must go to the address for service in the agreement.

Master Services Agreement.pdf, clause 12.3 Schedule 4 costs.docx, paragraph 2

When a document cannot be read, CaseClerk says so instead of inventing an answer.

What CaseClerk does

One job: reading a large pile of case documents faster than a person can, without losing the citation trail.

All features in detail
01
A vault per matter
Keep every document of one matter in one vault: pleadings, contracts, correspondence, scans. Add more as the case moves. Each vault is private to your account.
02
Contract analysis across the file
Pull out key terms, obligations and risks from the agreements in the case, and compare what one document says against another.
03
Discovery review, whole file at once
Ask in plain English and the question runs against the whole vault, not one file at a time, so evidence and patterns surface without a manual pass.
04
Any format, full history
PDF, Word (.docx), Excel, PowerPoint, OpenDocument, RTF, plain text, CSV and scans as images. Every question and answer stays in the case history, and the page counter shows exactly what you have used.
