Logikcull Pricing and Logikcull Cost Per GB with the 10 GB Minimum
Logikcull prints no dollar figure on its pricing page. Its blog published $40 per GB per month, the plan has a 10 GB minimum, and a reseller sells packages from $199. Here is what a matter really costs.

Logikcull does not print a dollar figure on its pricing page today. It lists three plans: monthly pay as you go billed per GB of stored data with a 10 GB minimum, an annual Logikcull subscription, and an annual Corporate Suite. Logikcull's own blog announced pay as you go at $40 per GB per month, and an authorized reseller sells packaged plans from $199 a month. At $40 per GB, a 50 GB matter costs about $2,000 a month for as long as it stays hosted.
Below is what Logikcull itself says, what resellers and buyers report, what that means at 10, 50 and 100 GB, and when you only need to read the documents, which is a cheaper job. If you are still choosing between an ediscovery platform and an analysis tool, our page on legal document review software for small firms compares the two by job and price.
How much does Logikcull cost?
Logikcull costs about $40 per GB per month on pay as you go, based on the rate Logikcull published on its blog, with a 10 GB minimum according to its current pricing page FAQ. That puts the floor near $400 a month. Annual subscriptions are quoted. Vendr reports an average contract of about $29,000 a year, from only four deals, so treat that as a rough marker.
| Source | What it says | How firm it is |
|---|---|---|
| Logikcull pricing page | Pay as you go billed per GB stored each month, minimum threshold of 10 GB, unlimited users, projects and downloads. Annual plans quoted. No dollar figure | Primary, current |
| Logikcull blog | Pay as you go at $40 per GB per month, no minimum commitment, covering processing, hosting and indexing | Primary, undated |
| Logikcull by Premier (authorized reseller) | Basic $199 a month; Standard $495 a month, then $28 per GB per month above the upload maximum; no contracts or setup fees | Published reseller price |
| Lawyerist review (2023) | $250 a month per project plus $25 per GB processed, one time | Older per matter model |
| Vendr | Average about $29,000 a year | Based on 4 completed deals |
| Capterra, Software Advice, GetApp | Contact vendor for pricing | No figure |
Logikcull cost per GB at three matter sizes
Pay as you go is billed on data stored each month, so the real cost is the GB count times the months the matter stays open. These figures use the $40 rate from Logikcull's blog and are estimates, not a quote.
| Data hosted | Per month at $40 per GB | Six months | Twelve months |
|---|---|---|---|
| 10 GB (the minimum) | $400 | $2,400 | $4,800 |
| 50 GB | $2,000 | $12,000 | $24,000 |
| 100 GB | $4,000 | $24,000 | $48,000 |
Two things move this number. Culling before upload is the big one, because Logikcull bills what you store, and its pitch is that deduplication and filtering cut data before review. The other is closing matters on time: a case that settles in month four but stays hosted until month twelve costs three times as much. Logikcull's annual plans use reusable storage blocks or a set number of matters with data charged once on upload, which suits firms with steady volume better than pay as you go.
What the Logikcull plans include
The pay as you go plan covers automated processing and indexing, search, culling, review, redaction and production, unlimited downloads, 24/5 in-app support and matter bill-back. The annual Logikcull subscription adds Reveal AI fact-finding, AV transcription, chat filtering for Slack, data archiving, PII detection with global redactions, and premium support. Corporate Suite, which Logikcull lists with promotion pricing until December 31, 2026, adds unlimited legal holds and collection from 31 or more data sources. Logikcull is now part of Reveal, which is why the AI and hold features carry the Reveal name.
Is Logikcull worth it for a small firm?
Logikcull is worth it for a small firm that has to produce documents. If you must respond to a subpoena or a document request with redactions and a production set, self-serve per GB billing with unlimited users is far easier to budget than a platform quoted through a partner. Its customers praise the predictability, and the pay as you go plan needs no contract.
It is less clearly worth it when you are on the receiving end. Reading the other side's production to find what it says about the issues in your complaint does not need coding, redaction or a production workflow. Paying $2,000 a month to host 50 GB for that is a lot of money for reading. That job fits a document analysis tool better.
Logikcull vs Relativity and Everlaw on price
All three bill by data volume. Logikcull is the only one with a self-serve monthly plan and a rate it has published, which makes it the easiest to price before talking to sales. Relativity, renamed Relativity aiR in September 2026, quotes every deal and now includes its AI tools with the committed volume; see our breakdown of Relativity pricing and RelativityOne cost per GB. Everlaw also quotes, bills per GB hosted and charges AI features in credits, covered in what Everlaw costs a small litigation firm.

Where a flat priced reading tool does the job
CaseClerk reads documents and answers questions about them. You create a vault for one matter, upload up to 1,000 files in 18 formats including scanned PDFs and email, and ask in plain English: who knew about the defect and when, which emails mention the March inspection, where the witness contradicts the memo. Each answer names the document and page, so you check it before it goes into a brief.
It does not process custodian data, apply redactions or produce with Bates numbers, so a firm that produces keeps Logikcull or a similar platform for that. What changes is the bill for the reading. CaseClerk Solo is $99 a month for 2,500 pages, Professional $249 for 10,000 and Firm $499 for 30,000, and a year costs six months. There is no per GB meter running while the case sits quiet.
Does Logikcull have a free trial?
Yes, in a limited form. Every pay as you go account includes a sample matter to test the platform, and you add a credit card when you start uploading your own data. There is no free trial on your own documents beyond that. CaseClerk's trial runs on your own files: 25 pages, up to 5 files, no card.
What to ask before you sign a Logikcull plan
- What is the current pay as you go rate per GB, and is billing on uploaded size or post-culling size?
- How is the 10 GB minimum applied when a matter shrinks or closes mid-month?
- On an annual plan, are storage blocks reusable when a matter is archived or deleted?
- Which features are annual-only: Reveal AI, AV transcription, PII redaction, archiving?
- What does archiving a closed matter cost, and what does restoring it cost?
- If you buy through a reseller, what is the upload maximum on the package and the overage rate?
Most firms bill these costs back to the client per GB per month, as Logikcull suggests. If you do, put the hosting line on the monthly invoice from the start and use accounts receivable software that chases every unpaid invoice so the bill-back does not sit in aging for 90 days. And if most of your matters only need reading, price that separately: put one closed matter through CaseClerk, ask the questions your team answered by hand, and compare the answer and the bill.
