AdvoLogix Pricing and AdvoLogix Cost per User Now That It Is Mitratech CaseCloud

AdvoLogix now forwards to Mitratech CaseCloud, which prints no price. Directories list about $100 per user a month. Here is what that means per year, the Salesforce question, and what to ask in the quote.

AdvoLogix has no public price, and AdvoLogix itself is now sold as Mitratech CaseCloud. Type advologix.com into a browser today and it forwards to Mitratech's CaseCloud page, which describes a case and spend management system built on Salesforce from a mix of Salesforce and AdvoLogix technology. That page offers a demo and prints no dollar figure. Software directories list a starting price of about $100 per user per month, but none of them says whether that covers the Salesforce license underneath.

So if you are pricing AdvoLogix for a US law firm or a public sector legal office, you are really pricing CaseCloud, and the honest answer is a range plus a list of questions. This page sorts what Mitratech says from what directories guessed, works out the yearly cost at 1, 5, 10 and 25 users, and shows where a flat priced document AI fits next to it.

How much does AdvoLogix cost?

AdvoLogix costs whatever your CaseCloud quote says, because Mitratech publishes no price. The most repeated figure is $100 per user per month, from GetApp, Capterra and ITQlick. ITQlick adds an estimate of $100 to $200 a month for one user and $800 to $1,800 a month for ten, with a setup fee on top. Plan on a custom quote with implementation charged separately.

Here is every public number we could find, and what each one actually is:

Two of these sources disagree with each other, and the vendor confirms none of them. The $100 per user figure is the one to budget from, as a floor, until a quote arrives.

Is AdvoLogix the same as Mitratech CaseCloud?

Yes, for buying purposes. The old advologix.com pricing address now redirects to mitratech.com/products/casecloud, and the CaseCloud page says the product was developed from Salesforce and AdvoLogix technology. Directory listings still carry the AdvoLogix name, and GetApp's AdvoLogix listing already refers to CaseCloud. One business data provider dates the Mitratech acquisition to November 2024; we found no press release confirming the date or terms, so take that as reported rather than settled.

Why it matters for price: Mitratech is a large legal operations vendor whose other products are sold to corporate legal departments on annual enterprise contracts. Expect CaseCloud quotes to follow that pattern (annual terms, implementation as a separate line, and modules priced as add-ons) rather than a self-serve monthly card.

What does CaseCloud include for the price?

From Mitratech's own page, CaseCloud covers three areas:

  • Legal case management. Intake, legal project management and document management, with matter data, progress tracking and tasks in one place.
  • Spend management. Invoice processing, eBilling, timekeeper rates and real time budget collaboration. This is the part most firms do not get from a pure case management tool.
  • Salesforce underneath. Native Salesforce reporting, dashboards, configurable workflows and security, plus integrations with iManage, NetDocuments, SharePoint and Google Drive. The FAQ also states FedRAMP certification, which is why it shows up in public sector shortlists.

The page mentions "integrated AI-powered automation" for billing, document creation and matter updates, but describes no specific AI feature and no AI price. If AI over your documents is the reason you are looking, ask in the demo exactly what it reads, how many pages, and whether it cites its sources.

Do you need a Salesforce license to run AdvoLogix?

CaseCloud runs on Salesforce, so every user needs Salesforce platform access in some form. Whether that access is bundled into Mitratech's per user price or bought separately is not stated on any public page we read. This is the single biggest swing in your budget, because a separately bought Salesforce seat can cost as much as the legal app on top of it. Get it in writing before you compare quotes.

Litify, the other well known legal platform on Salesforce, has the same question attached. Our Litify pricing breakdown shows how directory prices of about $150 to $200 per user turn into $18,000 to $24,000 a year for ten users before implementation.

AdvoLogix cost per year at 1, 5, 10 and 25 users

Using the listed $100 per user as the floor and $150 as a working figure once setup and platform costs are spread across a year:

UsersAt the listed $100 per userAt $150 per user (setup and Salesforce folded in)CaseClerk, flat for the account
1$1,200 a year$1,800 a year$1,188 a year (Solo, 2,500 pages a month)
5$6,000 a year$9,000 a year$2,988 a year (Professional, 10,000 pages)
10$12,000 a year$18,000 a year$5,988 a year (Firm, 30,000 pages)
25$30,000 a year$45,000 a year$11,976 a year (Enterprise, 60,000 pages)

These columns are not the same product. CaseCloud runs your matters, intake and legal spend. CaseClerk runs none of that; it reads the documents inside a matter and answers questions about them with the source page named. The table is there because firms often go shopping for a new case management system when the real pain is the hours spent reading files, and that pain has a much smaller price tag.

When AdvoLogix is worth it

CaseCloud makes sense when you already run Salesforce and want legal matters inside it, when you need eBilling and outside counsel spend control alongside case work, or when a public sector buyer requires FedRAMP. Those are real reasons, and a document reader does not replace them.

It is harder to justify when the trigger for the search was "we cannot get through discovery or medical records fast enough". A new practice management platform takes months to implement and does not read a 2,000 page production for you. If that is your bottleneck, you can test it on a real matter in CaseClerk today: upload the file, ask what you need, check every cited page. 25 pages and up to 5 files cost nothing and need no card, then plans run $99, $249, $499 and $998 a month for the account, with no per user fees. For corporate legal teams that also process outside counsel invoices, the payment side can run through accounts payable automation instead of a legal spend module, which is worth pricing against CaseCloud's eBilling line.

AdvoLogix alternatives with a published price

If the quote comes back high, these are the comparisons US firms most often run:

  • Litify, also built on Salesforce, aimed at plaintiff and enterprise firms, quote only. See Litify pricing.
  • Filevine, case management with AI add-ons, quote only. See Filevine pricing.
  • SmartAdvocate, PI case management in Cloud and Server editions, directory price from about $109 per user. See SmartAdvocate pricing.
  • LawAlign, a one time license from $2,500 for a solo runtime. See LawAlign pricing.

What to ask before you sign a CaseCloud quote

  1. Is the Salesforce license included in the per user price, and which Salesforce edition does it assume?
  2. What does implementation cost, and is data migration from our current system in that number?
  3. Are spend management, eBilling and document management in the base price or separate modules?
  4. What exactly does the AI automation do, which documents can it read, and is it priced separately?
  5. What is the minimum term, the renewal increase cap, and the cost to export our data if we leave?
  6. Does the quote assume named users or concurrent users, and how are read only users billed?

Ask for the answers in the quote itself. If reading case files is what you actually need help with, compare the quote against a flat CaseClerk plan before you commit to a multi year contract.
