Casefleet Pricing and Casefleet Cost per User After the 2026 Price Increase

Casefleet costs $30 per user a month on Starter and $140 on Advanced AI, after a 2026 increase from $75. Yearly cost for 1 to 10 users, plan limits, the HIPAA fee and cheaper options.

Casefleet costs $30 per user per month on Starter and $140 per user per month on Advanced AI, and Enterprise (20 or more users) is quoted. Those are the numbers on casefleet.com/pricing. Starter has no AI and caps you at 20 documents per case. Advanced AI removes the cap, adds full-text search and the Casey assistant, and is the plan most litigation teams actually end up on.

The catch is that the Advanced AI price nearly doubled in 2026, and most of the directory pages that rank for this query still show the old rate card. So a budget built from Capterra or an old review will come out short. Below are the current plan prices, what changed and when, the yearly cost at 1 to 10 users, what each tier really includes, and when a flat priced reading tool is the cheaper answer.

How much does Casefleet cost?

Casefleet Starter is $30 per user per month and Advanced AI is $140 per user per month on monthly billing. Annual billing takes 22% off. Enterprise is a custom quote for teams of 20 or more users. Storage beyond the included amount is $10 per GB per month, and AI usage past the monthly credit allowance is billed per credit.

Casefleet raised the Advanced AI price in 2026

If you priced Casefleet last year, your number is wrong. PricingSaaS, a site that tracks SaaS pricing pages, logged these changes between its March 30, 2026 and June 29, 2026 captures of Casefleet's page:

  • Advanced AI went from $75 to $140 per user per month, an 87% increase.
  • The annual billing discount dropped from 25% to 22%.
  • Included AI credits went from 10,000 to 100,000 per user per month.
  • Free Document Intelligence pages went from 500 to 12,000 per user per month.
  • Advanced AI and Enterprise now include 5 GB of storage per account, then $10 per GB.

So the plan costs more but carries far larger AI limits. Whether that is a good trade depends on how much AI you actually ran on the old plan. A firm that used Casefleet mainly as a chronology database pays the increase for capacity it may not touch.

What does Casefleet cost per year for a small firm?

Per user pricing is cheap for one litigator and adds up quickly once paralegals need access to the same matter. On monthly billing:

UsersStarter per monthStarter per yearAdvanced AI per monthAdvanced AI per year
1$30$360$140$1,680
3$90$1,080$420$5,040
5$150$1,800$700$8,400
10$300$3,600$1,400$16,800

With the 22% annual discount, our arithmetic puts Starter at about $23.40 and Advanced AI at about $109.20 per user a month, so ten Advanced AI users come to roughly $13,100 a year. Add storage if your matters carry video, depositions or large productions.

CaseClerk prices the other way, by account and by pages read, not by people. Solo is $99 a month for 2,500 pages, Professional $249 for 10,000 pages, Firm $499 for 30,000 pages and Enterprise $998 for 60,000 pages. Annual billing costs six months of the monthly price. A three person team that would pay $420 a month for Casefleet Advanced AI shares one Solo or Professional account. The full plan list is on our CaseClerk pricing page.

What is included in each Casefleet plan?

Starter is a manual fact management tool. You get chronologies, evidence citations, case outlines and witness and entity organization, plus OCR and transcription for media. It stops at 20 documents per case, which rules it out for any matter with a real production, and it has no full-text search and no AI.

Advanced AI is the working plan. It lifts the document limit, adds full-text search and turns on the Casey assistant: document summaries, semantic indexing, named entity recognition, fact extraction, natural language search, issue generation and task organization. You get 100,000 AI credits per user each month and pay $0.001 per credit after that. A HIPAA business associate agreement is available on annual accounts for an additional fee, which matters to personal injury and employment firms handling medical records.

Enterprise adds advanced user management, data migration, single sign-on, extra billing setup, a dedicated account executive and priority support, for 20 or more users. Casefleet uses this tier for CaseMap migrations.

Two limits apply to every plan: daily upload limits (bulk upload is a paid add-on) and the trial cap. The 14 day trial needs no card but allows only 10 documents per case, so test it on a small matter.

Is Casefleet worth $140 per user?

Yes, if your team builds and maintains chronologies every day. Casefleet is a full litigation workspace: facts linked to documents, issues and people, outlines, timelines and audio and video review in one place. A trial team that lives in the chronology from intake to verdict gets real value from that, and the per user price is fair next to quote only tools like CaseMap+ AI.

It is a harder sell when most users only need to find things in the file. If the paralegal's question is "where does the plaintiff first mention the back injury" or "which emails mention the termination date", you are paying a workspace price for a reading job. That is the job CaseClerk does: upload the matter's documents (20 file formats, up to 1,000 files per case), ask in plain English, and every answer names the document it came from. CaseClerk is not a chronology database, not practice management and does not draft pleadings, so a firm that wants the fact database should stay on Casefleet. Many small firms find they wanted the answers, not the database. Our page on legal timeline software covers that split in more detail.

Casefleet alternatives and what they cost

How to get the best price from Casefleet

  • Pay annually if you are sure. The 22% discount is worth about $370 per Advanced AI user a year.
  • Put readers on Starter. Every user at the firm is billed, but not everyone needs AI. Check whether mixed tiers are allowed on your account before assuming they are.
  • Watch storage. 5 GB per account goes fast with deposition video. At $10 per GB a month, a 50 GB matter adds $450 a month.
  • Price the BAA. If you handle medical records, ask what the HIPAA agreement adds, since it is only on annual accounts.
  • Clean scans first. Image only PDFs cost you OCR time and storage either way. If your exhibits arrive as phone photos and faxes, running them through AI document data extraction before upload keeps the file lean and searchable.

Casefleet pricing questions

Does Casefleet have a free trial?

Yes. Casefleet offers a 14 day free trial with no credit card. The trial is limited to 10 documents per case, so it shows how the chronology and AI tools work on a small matter but will not tell you how they handle a full production. Plan a real test on a closed case with a handful of key documents.

Does Casefleet charge per user?

Yes. Starter and Advanced AI are both priced per user per month, at $30 and $140, and Enterprise is quoted for 20 or more users. Storage beyond 5 GB per account and AI credits beyond 100,000 per user a month are billed on top. A five person team on Advanced AI pays $700 a month on monthly billing.

Is Casefleet HIPAA compliant?

Casefleet offers a HIPAA business associate agreement on Advanced AI and Enterprise, but only for annual accounts and for an additional fee. Starter has no BAA option. If your firm handles medical records for personal injury, workers' comp or employment claims, budget for annual billing plus the BAA charge.

How much is Casefleet per month?

Casefleet is $30 per user per month on Starter and $140 per user per month on Advanced AI, billed monthly. Annual billing brings those to roughly $23.40 and $109.20 per user a month. A solo litigator on Advanced AI pays $140 a month, and a three person team pays $420.

Before you renew or upgrade, try the reading job on a real matter. Upload a few files from a closed case to CaseClerk, ask the questions you would ask Casey, and check the cited document behind each answer. 25 pages and up to 5 files on the house, no card, then plans from $99 a month on our pricing page.
